Who we are

This site and the platform demo are run by Channel Manifest. For any question about your data, write to hello@channelmanifest.com.

What we keep and why

We use the data you give us only to get back to you about the platform. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

• The "Book a demo" form on this site: name, company, work email and message. The message arrives in our mailbox and is not stored in a database.
• Entering the demo (demo.channelmanifest.com): work email, company, your name if you enter it, the time and text of your consent, the page you came from and the campaign tag in the link (for example, that you came from LinkedIn), a hashed fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself), the time of your first and last visit and the number of visits.
• A personal demo link from our email: together with your email and company, we record when and how many times you opened the link, so we know you looked at the demo we sent you.
• Inside the demo we do not track what you look at or click. All data in the demo is made up.

Legal basis

For entering the demo through the form: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For a personal link: our legitimate interest in knowing whether you looked at the demo we sent you. For the "Book a demo" form: your request that we get back to you.

How long

We keep demo form data for up to 24 months after your last visit to the demo, and messages from the site for up to 24 months after our last exchange. If you ask us to delete them earlier, we do so within 30 days.

Who else processes the data

We use service providers that process data only on our instructions:

• Railway: the platform servers and database, in the European Union.
• Cloudflare: this site, receiving messages from the site, and file storage in the European Union.
• Resend: sending our email notifications (based in the US).

Cookies

In the demo we use only necessary cookies: a sign-in cookie (so you stay in the demo for 24 hours) and cookies for your language and theme. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, ask us to stop processing it, and withdraw your consent. Write to hello@channelmanifest.com or reply to any of our emails. We answer within 30 days.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).

Changes

When we change this text, the date at the top of the page changes. For larger changes that affect data we already hold, we will let you know by email.
